With this ultra simple HDMI to USB 3.0 interface capture card, streaming or recording video is as simple as plug and play! Capture up to 1080p/60Hz from any HDMI input such as a DSLR/Mirrorless camera, set top box or gaming console. All you need to do is connect your HDMI source device to the capture card and then plug the capture card into the USB-C port on your PC, Mac or tablet. From there you can use your favourite video capture software (such as the open source and excellent OBS) to save the HDMI source content to your hard drive or stream to the internet (or both at once).

Although designed for simple HDMI capture applications, you can still use this capture card with game streaming  by simply connecting your gaming console to one of our reliable HDMI Splitters. By using a HDMI splitter we were able to run one HDMI signal to our monitor for lag-less gameplay and the other HDMI signal to this capture card connected straight to our computer for easy capture.
